- Syndication Properties’ sponsors make opportunistic Value-Add investments in existing properties with an opportunity to improve cash flows and create value by implementing value-enhancing improvements or new development opportunities with intrinsic Value-Add potential, and Core and Core-Plus investments in stabilized high-quality, well-located, low-risk properties with durable cash flows and potential for long-term appreciation of the underlying assets.
- Syndication Properties’ sponsors offer investment opportunities in single-property deal-by-deal syndicated acquisitions and developments as well as in funds designed to acquire and accumulate stakes in multiple properties.
- Syndication Properties’ sponsors offer investors passive income syndications with significant tax advantages such as Opportunity Zone (OZ), Self-Directed Roth IRA or 401(k) R.E. retirement account, Convertible 721 DSTs, and 1031 exchange investments.

This means that Syndication Properties’ sponsors will not begin to receive capital distributions (“Carry”) from their sponsored syndicated investments until you, as their limited partner, have received a full return of your invested capital plus a preferred-return hurdle rate.
